Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for Growati subscriptions and Credit purchases. Please review the details of your plan before purchasing, as plan terms describe what is included.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service; where this policy provides specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms govern for subscriptions and Credits.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience a billing issue, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
1.2 Eligibility
The money-back guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscription purchases, within 30 days of purchase.
- Subscription renewals, within 30 days of the renewal charge, provided the renewed period has not been substantially used.
To help us prevent abuse, we may review usage on your account (such as Credits consumed or automation runs performed) when evaluating a refund request. Heavily used accounts may receive a prorated refund reflecting unused Credits or remaining subscription time, at our discretion.
1.3 Credits
Unused Credit purchases (not part of a subscription plan) may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if unused. Credits that have already been consumed for processing are non-refundable, as the associated cost has already been incurred.
1.4 Dispute Reasons
Common reasons for a refund or billing dispute include:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
- Duplicate charge
- Unrecognized charge
- Service not delivered as described
- General dissatisfaction with the purchase (within the eligibility window above)
1.5 How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by:
- Contacting our support team at team@growati.com, or
- Contacting our payment processor, Paddle, directly through the link in your purchase receipt email.
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for Growati purchases and may also be able to assist directly with billing questions. We recommend contacting Growati support first so we can investigate any service-related issue alongside your refund request.
1.6 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.
- If paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used at purchase.
- For other payment methods, the refund will be issued to the same account used for the original transaction.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Any applicable taxes collected on the original purchase will be refunded proportionally with the refunded amount.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page.
- If you cancel without requesting a refund: Your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refund is issued for the remaining time.
- If you cancel and request a refund (within the eligibility window in Section 1): Once the refund is approved and processed, your access to paid features will be downgraded or terminated, generally within 24 hours.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data — see our Privacy Policy for information on data retention after cancellation.
3. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact team@growati.com first so we can resolve billing issues directly and quickly.
