2. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Growati automates YouTube post-production tasks including:

• Thumbnail generation
• Title, description, and chapter generation
• Video optimization workflows

The Service may update, modify, or publish content on your connected YouTube channel based on your actions and settings.

4. GOOGLE & YOUTUBE INTEGRATION

By using Growati:

• You authorize access to your Google account via OAuth
• You agree to comply with the following third-party terms:

  • YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
  • YouTube API Services Terms: https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service
• You grant Growati permission to access and modify your YouTube content as required for the Service

We do not store your Google password.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

You are solely responsible for the content on your YouTube channel.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Growati uses AI to generate thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and other content.

• Outputs may not always be accurate or suitable
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing (if manual mode is used)
• Growati is not liable for performance or outcomes of generated content

7. CREDIT-BASED PRICING

Growati operates on a credit-based system:

• Each task consumes credits
• Credits must be purchased in advance
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by law

We may modify pricing at any time with notice.

8. PAYMENTS

• Payments are processed via third-party providers
• You agree to their terms
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Growati retains ownership of the platform, software, and technology
• You retain ownership of your content

You grant Growati a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

If you access Growati from outside India:

• You are responsible for compliance with local laws
